Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic style of yoga that connects breath with movement. It is characterised by flowing sequences of poses linked together by the breath, creating a challenging yet rewarding practice and focusing on the stretching of the muscles.
Vinyasa yoga is suitable for various fitness levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners. However, it's important to inform us of any physical/medical conditions you may have so that suitable modifications can be made if necessary.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that focuses on stretching and compressing deep connective tissues, such as ligaments and fascia, around the joints.
Yin Yoga is suitable for all levels, including beginners and those with limited flexibility. It's particularly beneficial for individuals seeking deeper stretches, stress relief, and a more meditative yoga experience.

My yoga journey began 15 years ago when I attended a local yoga class to improve my own well-being. I believe yoga is more than just physical postures; it's a path to self-discovery, relaxation and inner peace. I have always loved a vinyasa practice to calm my mind and work my muscles but more recently I have discovered a love for yin practice, finding the slow paced style more beneficial for both my flexibility, movement and mental well-being.
I moved to rural North Wales in 2017 and couldn’t believe the profound impact that the countryside and the slower-pace of life made to my personal well-being. My interest and passion in well-being really started to grow when I received my first Reiki attunements to help my children’s well-being. In 2022, I completed an MSc in Psychology with a focus on yoga and well-being for children.
I strive to create welcoming and supportive environments where students are encouraged to explore their own unique practices, whatever their ability and cultivate a deeper mind-body connection. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, I'm here to guide you on your yoga journey.
